New Patient Evaluation - $200

Includes: Comprehensive 2-hour, 1:1 wellness evaluation; Functional outcome measures; Establish personalized wellness goals; & Initial trial/setup on the Rise&Walk

Drop-In Session

Cost: $150 per session
Scheduling: Based on availability
Includes: 1 hour Rise&Walk session

8-Week Intensive Program

Cost: $540/month

Scheduling: Wednesdays
Includes: 1 hour Rise&Walk session weekly & Wellness assessments every 8 weeks

Monthly Membership

Cost: $1,000/month
‍Sessions per week: 2
‍Scheduling: Priority Scheduling (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Includes: Option for 2 hours/week on the Rise&Walk OR 1 hour Rise&Walk + 1 hour of 1:1 guided wellness session & Wellness assessments every 8 weeks
